This retreat takes place during the Winter Solstice – the longest night of the year – a sacred time to slow down, reflect, and plant seeds for the new cycle ahead.

This December, step away just before the holidays — slow down, reconnect, and align with the stillness of the winter solstice before diving into the festive season.

    Considering Finland her home for the last 20 years, Natasha is happy to share its beauty with the world. Natasha is a passionate yoga instructor specializing in Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa Flow. With over 10 years of experience, she integrates mindfulness, sound therapy, and energy healing into her teachings to create a holistic and transformative practice. Certified Behavioral Coach (EMCC) Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, Sound Therapy Instructor (RYT-200, RYT-50) Reiki Level 1 Practitioner (Japanese energy healing)
  • Evgenia Kahánek
    Evgenia is a passionate and experienced yoga instructor specializing in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin yoga. With over 10 years of yoga practice and teaching experience, she is dedicated to helping her students find balance, strength, and inner peace. Certified as an RYT-200 Ashtanga Vinyasa and RYT -50 Yin yoga instructor, Evgenia’s teaching style emphasizes mindfulness, alignment, and the therapeutic benefits of yoga. Evgenia teaches in both English and Russian, connecting with a diverse community of practitioners in Finland and internationally.
