A space for those seeking more.

Small-group retreats and journeys, gatherings, and experiences for teams in Finland and beyond. Built to bring people closer: to themselves, to each other, and to the world around them.

Come curious. Leave connected.

The idea

We believe people connect differently when they experience something meaningful together.

Most people find us looking for one thing: a retreat, a team day, a conversation. They stay for what happens around it.

It started with a single weekend in a Finnish forest. Ten journeys later, the same faces keep returning, and each time they bring someone new.

So this isn't just a retreat company, or a provider of team experiences. It's a circle of people who come together, sit at long tables late into the evening, share meaningful experiences, and stay connected long after they return to everyday life. The settings change. The reason for coming together doesn't.

Coming alone

Most people arrive not knowing anyone. Nobody leaves that way.

Many people on any journey have travelled with us before, which from the outside can sound like a closed group. It isn't. Everyone here was the new one once, and twelve to fourteen people is small enough that nobody stays a stranger past the first evening.

For organisations

What happens when you step outside the usual?

When a team has drifted apart through hybrid work or growth, a day out of the office can do more than another workshop. Shared experience, thoughtful facilitation, and a break from the everyday.

Nature, shared challenges, creativity and real conversation. Plus workshops, leadership work and wellbeing where they're useful. Built around your team rather than pulled off a shelf.

In their words

“Such days give strength and leave a bright trace in the soul.”

“Thank you for such an inspiring weekend and your incredible energy.”

“It's very pleasant to meet people who are passionate about the work they do.”

The people

WHO'S BEHIND THE EXPERIENCE.

Every journey is shaped by the people who lead parts of it. Some have been here since the first weekend. Others came for one journey and stayed.

This is not everyone involved. Each retreat brings its own guest teachers, practitioners and guides: it depends on the programme, the place, and what that particular journey asks for.

I create and curate Curious Souls journeys, retreats and programmes: movement, stillness, nature and real conversation. Facilitators, teachers, coaches, artists, musicians, hosts and people who know a place well. If you build experiences that bring people closer, we'd like to hear from you.

Who's behind it

Natasha

Twenty years in Finland. A career spent inside organisations: how people lead, how they develop, where they get stuck. A decade of yoga and sound practice running alongside it.

Curious Souls came out of the overlap between those two lives.

The years inside organisations are why this stays practical rather than precious. The years of practice are why it isn't a workshop with a whiteboard. Both decide what a journey feels like from the inside.

Come curious. Leave connected.

There's nothing to pay and nothing to commit to. Journeys usually fill from within the community before they go anywhere else. This is simply how you hear about them first.

No schedule, no newsletter. An email when there's something worth travelling for. A few times a year, at most.
