For organisations

Where growth meets purpose.

Some teams need to reconnect. Others need to work something through. Wellbeing days, team experiences, facilitated leadership offsites and development programmes, designed and run end to end in Finland and beyond.

The problem

Your team is more connected than ever, but less close.

In hybrid and remote work, the meetings still happen. What disappears is everything around them: the walk to the coffee machine, the joke that lands, the twenty minutes after a workshop where the real conversation starts.

Collaboration gets slower. Trust thins out. Shared purpose becomes a slide rather than a feeling. And no amount of video calls repairs it, because the thing that's missing was never on the agenda in the first place.

That's the gap we work in.

What we do

Three ways to work together.

Wellbeing days

A single day out of the office: movement, nature, breath and reflection, designed to reset a team rather than entertain it. Indoors or in the forest, in Finland or wherever you are.

Wellbeing · Movement · Nature · Reflection

A team bringing their hands together in a sunlit courtyard

Purposeful offsites

One to several days somewhere that changes how people are with each other. Shared meals, unhurried time, and enough structure that it isn't only a trip.

Team retreats · Multi-day · Volunteering · Real-world impact

A trail signpost pointing several ways on a snowy mountain pass

Leadership & team dynamics

For leaders and teams navigating change, new directions or situations that need a deeper conversation. Change management, coaching, facilitated workshops and deeper team work.

Leadership coaching · Change management · Team dynamics · Facilitated workshops · EMPM

Teams come to us when they want to…

Come together

Feel like a team again

Everything gets delivered. Nobody really knows each other. A year of hybrid did it quietly, and no meeting is going to undo it.

Slow down before something breaks

Before anything strategic can land, people need to recover. This one is about rest first and work second, and it's a legitimate reason to book a day.

Go deeper

Find their footing as a new leadership team

The individuals are strong. The group hasn't found its shape, and the first months decide what it becomes.

Say the thing nobody is saying

People are living with a reorganisation, a strategy shift or a decision, and the real conversation is happening in ones and twos rather than in the room.

Change how they work together

It doubled, or the scope did. What used to be obvious now has to be agreed, and nobody has stopped to do it.

How we work

You bring the challenge.

Most organisations start with a problem, not a programme. A team that has drifted. A leadership group that needs to align. A change that needs to land properly.

We start there and design backwards: what needs to happen, who needs to be in the room, and what kind of place makes that possible.

From there we can take on as much of it as you want us to:

  • the programme, and the facilitation of it
  • the venue, and where people sleep
  • getting everyone there and back
  • workshops, coaching and wellbeing elements
  • experts from inside your organisation, and specialists from outside it
  • the coordination that holds the whole thing together

Not every programme needs all of it. That's the point: it's built for one purpose instead of assembled from a menu.

What it isn't

No forced fun. No activities for the sake of activities.

Time together should have a reason. Sometimes that reason is simply to reconnect, slow down and enjoy being together. Sometimes there is something the team needs to work through. We design the experience around that starting point.

Come together

One shape this can take

A day in a Finnish national park. The team travels out together, spends time in nature, shares a meal and has space to reconnect without the usual agenda. The day can include movement, reflection or a facilitated session, depending on what the team needs.

Go deeper

One shape this can take

Two days with a leadership team in the middle of organisational change. A facilitated leadership workshop brings different perspectives into the conversation, with EMPM where the picture is genuinely tangled. Someone from inside the organisation can bring the subject-matter expertise the group needs, alongside external facilitation, coaching and EMPM. Venue, transfers and coordination are handled by us.

Who is in the room

Natasha Pokidko

Founder & Lead Facilitator

More than twenty years in Finland, and a career spent inside international organisations: HR, leadership development, internal communications and change management. I know the corporate world from the inside. I understand how teams actually work, what genuinely fits into a full working rhythm, and how to turn a good day out of the office into something that still means something once everyone is back at their desks.

Curious Souls grew out of the meeting of my two worlds: the organisational one, and the practices that help people feel better, work together better and move through change, from coaching and facilitation to yoga, breath, mindfulness and honest attention to how people are actually doing.

I build the programme with you, lead it myself, and stay with it from the first conversation to the day itself. We can put the focus on the team and its dynamics, on leadership, on recovery, on energy, or simply on making a space where people meet each other properly, away from the usual working context.

When a programme needs expertise beyond mine, I bring in the right person from my network of facilitators and practitioners. That way every programme stays personal, and the expertise is the expertise your team actually needs.

What I bring

  • More than twenty years living and working in Finland
  • Background in HR, People & Internal Communications, and leadership development
  • HR Business Partner in international corporate environments
  • Executive Education consultant at Aalto University
  • ICF-affiliated coaching certification, EMCC Senior Practitioner
  • Change Management certification, IMD
  • Certified yoga teacher and mindfulness practitioner
  • Years of designing and facilitating wellbeing, leadership and team programmes

Larger programmes are built together with a network of trusted facilitators and practitioners, bringing in depth in leadership, group dynamics and wellbeing when it genuinely adds something.

Expertise

The right people make the difference.

We bring together the expertise the purpose calls for.

Daniil Pokidko, PhD, is a researcher in management and organisation at Hanken School of Economics, and the architect and caretaker of EMPM, the Experiential Mapping & Pattern Matching Method.

EMPM is a structured workshop methodology for making different perspectives, tensions and patterns visible, so a team can work with complexity together. We bring it into leadership, team development and organisational programmes where it fits the purpose.

Your own people

Often the most useful expertise is already inside the organisation. A leader who needs to be heard differently. A specialist whose work the rest of the team has never really understood. We build them into the programme rather than around it.

Specialists from outside

Chosen for the work in hand rather than picked off a list. We work out what a programme needs, then bring in the person who can do it.

Shaped around you

Nothing off a shelf.

Every programme is built from the same set of decisions, made differently each time. The objective. Who takes part, and how many, from six to a hundred and more. Where, and for how long. Which expertise to bring in, from inside your organisation or outside it. And what needs to be true by the end.

Programmes run in English, Finnish or Russian.

01

Tailored, flexible, right-sized

Co-created around your team's size, goals and focus: leadership development, stress management, creativity, or CSR alignment. Small teams of six to eight, or groups of a hundred and more.

02

Expert facilitation, end to end

Led by professionals in leadership, people development, wellbeing and group dynamics. We plan and run everything, so your HR and leadership team can take part properly instead of hosting.

03

Engagement that lasts

Pride and purpose come from seeing company values turned into action. Morale, collaboration and motivation tend to follow, and those are what retention is actually made of.

04

Aligned to CSR and ESG, where it's relevant

Where it's relevant, we shape the programme around your CSR or ESG framework, and you leave with a clear record of what the team did and where it made a difference.

Questions

The things people ask.

What kinds of experiences do you offer?

Two kinds. Wellbeing days, team retreats and shared experiences for teams that need to reconnect. And facilitated leadership offsites, development programmes, workshops and coaching for teams working through something real. Many programmes draw on both.

How is this different from a traditional corporate retreat?

We start from what your organisation needs to happen, then design the experience around it, rather than offering a format and fitting your team into it.

Can you organise the whole thing, or only the facilitation?

As much or as little as you need. Programme design and facilitation on their own, or the venue, accommodation, transfers, internal and external experts and the coordination as well.

How is confidentiality handled?

For sensitive leadership and organisational work, we agree expectations around confidentiality and how information is handled at the outset, before any of it starts.

Does this support our CSR and ESG goals?

Yes. We shape the day around your CSR or ESG framework, and you leave with a clear record of what the team actually did and where it made a difference, ready for your own reporting.

Where do these take place?

Depending on your goals: peaceful nature locations such as Finland's national parks, or indoor workshop venues. Hybrid and travel-based options are available on request, including destinations across Europe and beyond.

Who facilitates?

We do, end to end. So your HR and leadership team take part rather than host.

What outcomes can we expect?

Teams usually come back more connected and with better energy. That's what participants tell us afterwards, not something we measure formally.

What group sizes do you work with?

Small teams of six to eight, up to groups of a hundred and more.

How do we start?

A short discovery call. We'll learn about your goals and come back with two or three options shaped to your organisation. No obligation, and no template proposal.
