Welcome to Curious Souls

A space for those seeking more — more presence, more meaning, more connection.
Curious Souls exists to support individuals and teams in finding the time, space, and tools for conscious exploration. Whether you’re on a personal journey or part of a collective one, this is a place to pause, reflect, and grow.
Welcome to Curious Souls.

Who’s behind this space? Just another curious soul — like you.

I’m Natasha — a certified ICF/EMCC coach, yoga teacher, sound healing practitioner, and passionate traveler. With a background in HR, leadership development, and integral coaching, I bring together years of corporate experience with deep-rooted holistic practices.

This space was born from a desire to explore both the inner world and the outer one — and to make room for both stillness and adventure.

Through retreats, workshops, and Leela game sessions, I create experiences that blend mindfulness, movement, self-inquiry, and joy. Whether you're looking to pause and reconnect with yourself, or explore new places and perspectives, Curious Souls offers a path — and a community — to walk it with.

Here you’ll find events, embodied practices, travel ideas, and tools for personal and collective growth.

I believe that every journey starts with curiosity. So if you're open-hearted, adventurous, and ready to explore — welcome. Let’s see where this path leads.

True, this weekend was simply magical - so many interesting discoveries and warm emotions. Many thanks to everyone who participated and, of course, especially to Natasha, Zhenya, and Tanya, who created this friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Such days give strength and leave a bright trace in the soul, which is especially valuable in the dark, cold winter. Happy to have been part of this!

    FAQ
    We will answer popular questions.
Q1: Are yoga retreats only about yoga?
A: Not at all. Most retreats include much more — cultural activities, nature hikes, breathwork, inspiring conversations, and even adventures like kayaking or sailing. Yoga is just one part of the experience.

Q2: Do I need to be experienced in yoga to join?
A: No. Retreats are designed for all levels. We offer modifications and guidance so everyone feels safe and supported — whether you’re a beginner or deep in your practice.

Q3: Are retreats restrictive — no food, no talking, no phones?
A: Not at all. Retreats are about freedom, not rules. You choose your level of digital detox. We provide nourishing, inspiring meals, and connection is encouraged.

Q4: What if I come alone?
A: Many participants come solo — and leave with new friends. Retreats attract open, like-minded people. You’ll have space for both connection and reflection.

Q5: Will a retreat change my life instantly?
A: A retreat plants seeds. It can be a deep reset, but real transformation comes when you integrate the experience into daily life.
Q1: What level are your classes?
A: All levels are welcome. I offer modifications and variations for beginners and advanced students, with hands-on support for safe alignment.

Q2: What is the structure of a class?
    A:
    • Warm-up: joint + muscle activation
    • Dynamic flow: energy + focus
    • Targeted work: hips, spine, core, etc.
    • Cool-down: breathwork, aromatherapy, Shavasana with Tibetan bowls
Q3: What language are the classes in?
A: I teach in English and Russian, depending on the group.

    Q4: What’s your teaching background?
    A:
    • Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor @houseofom.bali
    • Kundalini Yoga training @yogaunionbali
    • Tibetan Sound Healing @soundamrita_bali
    • 10+ years personal practice, 3+ years teaching
    • Ongoing training with senior teachers
Q1: What is the Leela Game?
A: Leela is not just a game — it’s a powerful tool for self-discovery and inner work. Rooted in ancient Indian philosophy, it reflects your inner world through symbolic movement across the board. Each square represents emotions, desires, blocks, or realizations — guiding you back to your true self.

    Q2: How does it work?
A: You start by formulating a clear question — practical or deeply personal. The game begins when you roll a 6 (which already holds symbolic meaning), and from there each move opens insights, uncovering what’s hidden in your subconscious.

Q3: Is it mystical or psychological?
A: It’s both. Leela blends ancient wisdom with modern coaching and psychology. The facilitator offers insights based on experience, helping decode your inner processes, strengths, blocks, and next steps.

Q4: How long is a session?
A: The duration is unpredictable — it depends on the depth of the question and how many insights emerge. It can take 1 hour or up to 5 hours. On average, sessions last 2.5–3 hours, and they can be held 1:1 or in a small group.

Q5: What will I gain from it?
A: Clarity, self-awareness, emotional release, and a shift in perspective. As one participant said:
    • "It’s a mirror that shows the truth — and a roadmap back to yourself."
Q1: What kind of coaching do you offer?
A: I offer integrative life coaching focused on clarity, balance, emotional intelligence, and intuitive decision-making. We may start with one topic (like career), but the work often touches deeper layers — relationships, identity, nervous system, purpose.

Q2: Do you specialize in one area?
A: No. I don’t believe life can be divided into neat categories like “career,” “health,” or “relationships.” It’s all connected. My coaching adapts to your real needs — whether it’s preparing for a big move, facing burnout, or finding balance.

Q3: Why are there so many types of coaches?
A: Life coaching has evolved from multiple fields — psychology, education, business, sports. Many coaches choose niches, but real transformation often happens when we approach the person as a whole — not just a single issue.

Q4: What does a session look like?
A: We start with where you are — a question, a block, or a goal — and explore what’s underneath. I guide you with curiosity, presence, and tools that fit you. Every session is unique and deeply personal.

    Q5: How do I start?
A: DM me to book a free intro call and we’ll see if it’s the right fit.
Q1: What is a Tibetan bowl session?
A: It’s a vibrational sound therapy using Tibetan singing bowls placed on or around the body. Rather than physical massage, it works through resonant sound waves that deeply relax the nervous system and restore emotional balance.

Q2: Is it actually a massage?
A: Not in the traditional sense. It’s more like a “massage for your energy and emotional body.” The bowls don’t apply pressure — they create low-frequency vibrations that your body naturally harmonizes with.

    Q3: What are the benefits?
    A: Tibetan bowls help:
    • reduce stress and anxiety
    • lower heart rate and muscle tension
    • stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system
    • promote deep relaxation, focus, and emotional release
    • enhance sleep, mood, and energy flow
Q4: What happens during a session?
A: In 1:1 sessions, bowls may be moved to different areas of the body. In group settings (like during Shavasana in a yoga class), bowls are played around you to deepen relaxation. Each experience is unique.

Q5: What is the sound quality based on?
A: Authentic bowls are made from a sacred alloy of 7 metals (like copper, tin, silver, gold), crafted by hand using ancient techniques. This gives each bowl its own vibration and healing resonance — quality matters deeply.

Q6: How long is a session?
A: Typically 45–60 minutes. Can be combined with meditation, intention setting, or gentle touch work.

Q7: Is it like a reset for the mind?
A: Yes. Just as a shower cleanses the body, a sound bath can be a regular reset for your emotional and energetic system.
Curious Souls is built on collaboration.
While I hold the space and guide the community, many of the experiences we offer are co-created with trusted partners — experts in wellness, coaching, and conscious team development. I believe in shared purpose and meaningful connection, and I’m always open to collaborating with those who resonate with the values behind Curious Souls.

Two types of partnerships are especially welcome:
Well-being & development professionals — yoga teachers, coaches, facilitators, creatives, and healers who bring depth and authenticity to individual and group experiences.
Non-profit organizations & community projects — especially those open to hosting small groups for purposeful volunteering and connection-based team offsites.
If you're curious to co-create or explore a potential collaboration, I’d love to hear from you.
